Little Dragons

World Tae Kwon Do Center understands that younger students have a shorter attention span. Accordingly, our little dragons classes are fun, dynamic and fast-paced. This program is designed to improve the following areas for your little dragons: Attention Span, Listening Skills, Motor Skills, Balance, Flexibility, Posture, Respect, Discipline, Comprehension, and Hand-Eye coordination.

Children's Tae Kwon Do and Self-Defense

Our Program teaches children to set and achieve goals. Our step-by step curriculum will guide your child into an exciting journey to achieving black belt excellence. With a fun, motivated and dynamic program, we focus on teaching children to be humble and respectful. They will learn the importance of self-discipline, self-control and self-defense.

Martial Arts and Self-Defense for Men, Women, and Teens (14+)

World Tae Kwon Do Center teaches practical self defense skills in a positive and motivating environment. This program allows you to get in shape through martial arts. We offer a variety of martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Hap-Ki-Do, Kick-boxing, Boxing. Whether you are looking for a method of self-defense or you just want to get in shape, World Tae Kwon Do center is the place for you! The principles we teach are based on respecting yourself and others, personal growth, and self-improvement. Confidence and self-discipline accompany the development of each student’s overall health and fitness.

Women's Kick/Fit

Are you getting enough exercise? Are you motivating yourself to get into shape? If you answered “no” to these questions then women’s Kick/Fit program is for you. This program is a unique blend of boxing, kick-boxing, martial arts, and fitness conditioning. Our motivated, skilled, and experienced instructors will incorporate all of these elements into a fun and challenging experience for people who want to live healthier and happier lifestyles.

Kick/FIT is about helping women to get fit and stay fit. The high-intensity circuit-training workout was proven to burn up to 1,000 calories in just an hour. It will improve your cardio-respiratory health, help you lose weight, increase your stamina and energy, and reduce your stress levels. It will also increase muscle tone and improve endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. It also teaches women how to defend themselves.
